It has a wide variety of emotions, and this new sprite is very lovely!

Although I don’t believe the name has been altered, Harvey is gender neutral, correct?

This hack does exactly what it says on the tin: it removes Harvey’s spectacles and moustache.

What would be more funnier is if they changed his speech so that he laments about not being able to see. You did, after all, take his spectacles.

Allow the poor guy to rest in peace.

This mod gives the sweet old doctor a beard and keeps his spectacles and moustache.

It really looks great on him, and the beard makes him appear a bit older (if that’s your thing!) rather than like a college kid attempting to look mature.

Outside Harvey’s clinic, this astute modder found scarlet mushrooms, which are dangerous according to Stardew Valley legend.

You’d assume that a doctor wouldn’t keep small arsenic toadstools as decorations.

Because it makes more sense, this mod replaces those horrible red mushrooms with innocuous purple mushrooms.

We stan.

6. Refined Harvey

This hack completely overhauls Harvey’s sprite while retaining all of his unique qualities (read: they left his moustache alone.)

It closes up his thigh gap, which we’re not humiliating or anything; it’s just a strange design decision on the part of Concerned Ape…

This also gives him a moustache to go along with his full-body rage.

This mod does take away Harvey’s tailcoats, which seems like a shame, but sometimes sacrifices must be made.

According to its developer, this hack “makes Harvey more intriguing.”

It takes away some of the medical details he’ll discuss and adds conversation for both before and after the wedding.

It’s always wonderful to have interesting discussion.

He’ll also begin delivering more letters and presents, as well as two brand-new tasks. This also eliminates his infatuation on Maru, which is probably a good thing.

4. Dialogue between Doki and Doki

This could be for you if you’re a crack addict or a big fan of My Hero.

2. Harvey Sprite is better.

So here’s another mod that takes the place of Harvey’s full body sprite.

This one also closes the space between his legs, reduces the size of his spectacles, and adds some shadows to his face to improve his appearance.

Harvey is a real beauty (in the sense of pixelated guys, of course), and Concerned Ape really messed with him in the original game.

Expansion of Harvey’s Marriage

Let’s be honest: if you’re reading this, it’s probably because you’re a huge Harvey fan who has married him at least once.

This patch adds 19 extra speech lines to the marriage to Harvey, as well as a new twelve-heart event.

Because Stardew has a horrible tendency of making marrying the characters the be-all and end-all of what you can do with them, I enjoy modifications that add stuff after marriage.

You’d think that a game that allows you to play for years and years would want to include more marriage-related content as time goes on.

At the very least, we have modifying.
